Mario Armero: Business Ethics in the 21st Century

Chairman of General Electric in Spain and Portugal, a position he held until 2008 when he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Corporación Llorente and subsequently Chairman of Ezentis until September 2011. Between 2008 and 2015, he was an Independent Advisor of the UK insurance company GENWORTH. He was also an Advisor of Gas Natural Fenosa from September 2016 to June 2018.

He was Executive Vice President of ANFAC, the car industry association, from January 2012 until December 31, 2019.

In 2005 Mario received the Best Director of the Year award of the Asociación Española de Directivos. In November 2019, he was awarded the Ibercaja Foundation Award for Managerial Leadership. Mario Armero holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
