Felipe Vicente Garín Llombart (Valencia, 1943) is a Spanish art historian and museum curator. A professor of Art History at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, he worked at the Board of Trustees of the Prado Museum since 1985, eventually becoming its director between 1991 and 1993.

In 1996, he was appointed as the director of the Spanish Academy in Rome, and in 2002 as the president of the State Society for External Cultural Action, a position he held until December 2004.
